    1. Flight service hours are inclusive of 0.2 hours of taxi time;
    2. Peak Travel Day Surcharge of $1,000 per flight service hour applies on 20 Peak Days per year;
    3. RZO Surcharge (flat fee per flight segment) applies to scheduled departure or arrival times (local) of 02:00am-04:59am (Midsize Jet=$3,000, Super Midsize Jet=$7,500) and 05:00am-06:59am (Midsize Jet=$3,000, Super Midsize Jet=$2,500);
    4. Primary Service Area is defined as the contiguous United States;
    5. Extended Service Area Surcharge (flat fee per flight segment) applies to flights traveling between the contiguous United States and Canada ($1,000), Mexico ($1,500), Bahamas ($1,500), and other Caribbean ($2,500).
  • Billing cap of 3.5 flight service hours on dedicated fleet within designated service areas.
  • Round-trip travel discount of $750 per flight service hour.
  • 1% loyalty credit per flight.  
  • $250 catering credit per flight leg.

  • Guaranteed availability on Peak Days and Off-Peak Days (with as little as 24 hours’ notice).  
  • Priority access to XO's dedicated fleet on Peak Days.
